Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed August 8, 2021 found that Visiting Angels of Lancaster County had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state relicensure survey conducted May 26, 2021.
